We predominately service the Sunshine Coast and Noosa regions; however, we can travel to the Gympie and Brisbane areas and also deliver out west to the Kingaroy/Kilcoy areas. Best to get in touch and see if we have availability then we can determine if we can travel. Please note travel fees will be incurred.

If it is décor then yes you can. Please note a packing fee will be applied to your quote. If it is furniture, then we deliver to ensure it is tied in correctly and to minimise damage.
The delivery fee will vary depending on how much you order and your location. The delivery fee costs cover everything associated with delivering, such as petrol, insurance and our team’s travel time, as well as the time to pack/unpack items from our warehouse and vehicles (at both ends). Our team takes great car to ensure your order is loaded properly and delivered safely to you. Any items that need assembling are done for you onsite.
This will be discussed with you in the lead up to your event. Factors to consider are storage space at your venue, the venue opening times (if applicable) and when you plan to do your set up. Typically, delivery is the day prior with collection the day after your event.
Yes, we charge a $150 + GST fee for admin. We have an exceptional admin team who will take time to organise your quote, liaise with you about timings and offering any additional help.
If your event is during a wet weather event, we require you to ensure all items are out of the rain and weather. Should they become wet and damaged you will be charged the replacement cost.

Yes, we charge a cleaning & laundry fee, and this will vary depending on what items you have ordered. Should any upholstery need extra cleaning upon return and extra invoice will be sent for the extra cleaning.
Yes, the linens do come cleaned and pressed however please note as they come from the laundry through the press, they may have a crease line. You may choose to iron the crease out yourself however should there be any damage, a fee will be incurred.
We suggest ordering your candles through us so that we can provide the glass plates to sit on or the vases (if needed), as well as ensure that the candles are high quality. Candle wax can stain and leave wax or oil marks on the linen, so to protect our linen and avoid you potentially having to pay any damage fees, we suggest ordering your candles from us. Not all candles are created equal, and whilst it may be tempting to order cheaper candles, they are more likely to drip excessively and cause damage. If you are using our pillar candle vases, we suggest popping a small amount of water in the base of the vase to stop the wax sticking.
Our team will place all items in an undercover space you provide to protect items from any inclement weather or dew overnight. Our team will assemble larger items like tables, arbours, backdrops however the rest is up to you. Our team are fabulous at Tetris and getting the items in the truck and unloading however, this service doesn’t include set up or styling.

Yes. You will be asked to pay a bond of 30% of your total invoice. This will be refunded within 7 days of the items being returned. provided there is no damage.
In this case still reach out and ask as its more than likely one of our industry friends will have what you need, and we can source it for you and pop it on the truck with the rest of your items.
Should there be unrepairable damage to items then you will be asked to pay the replacement costs. This may include but not limited to stains, rips, tears, breakages and so on.
You need to ensure you have a suitable undercover enclosed space to store all items to ensure they are protected and out of any inclement weather.
